These SMS Demo Program Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the ValaBright SMS Demo Program. By voluntarily submitting your mobile phone number through the ValaBright demo sign-up form, you agree to receive demonstration text messages from ValaBright and agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

The ValaBright SMS Demo Program allows prospective healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, partners, and other prospective customers to experience how the ValaBright platform delivers automated SMS communications.

By opting in through our demo form, you are requesting a live demonstration of the ValaBright platform. During the demonstration, you will receive a limited series of recurring SMS messages written from the perspective of a transplant patient, living donor, or transplant candidate. These messages are intentionally presented as example patient communications so prospective healthcare organizations can experience the communication journey exactly as their patients would.

Demo messages may include examples of:

Kidney transplant eligibility communications
Living donor education
Recipient aftercare reminders
Appointment reminder messages
Educational healthcare resources
Follow-up care reminders
Other informational healthcare communications

Important: These SMS messages are provided solely for demonstration purposes to showcase the features of the ValaBright platform. They are not personalized medical advice, are not generated from or based on your personal medical information, and should not be relied upon for healthcare decisions.

Demonstration Purpose

The messages sent through this program are intended exclusively to demonstrate the functionality and automated patient communication workflows available within the ValaBright platform.

Participation in this demonstration does not establish a provider-patient relationship and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

Message Frequency

During the demonstration, you may receive a limited series of recurring SMS messages over several days to illustrate how automated patient education, reminders, and follow-up workflows function within the ValaBright platform.

Message frequency varies depending on the selected demonstration journey.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Opting In

You opt in by voluntarily submitting your mobile phone number through the ValaBright SMS Demo sign-up form located at:

By submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive recurring demonstration SMS messages written from the perspective of a patient, transplant candidate, or living donor to demonstrate the automated communication workflows available through ValaBright.

Your consent is provided solely for participation in the product demonstration and is not a request for medical care or enrollment in a patient communication program.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from future demonstration messages.

After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you submit a new opt-in request.

By participating in the SMS Demo Program, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number submitted and that you voluntarily requested the SMS product demonstration to evaluate the ValaBright platform.

Changes to These Terms

ValaBright may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication unless otherwise noted.
